The St. Ann Police Department received a tip around 1 p.m. Tuesday through the Courage2Report tip line about a threat to Ritenour High School in St. Louis. Police found the teen sitting in a car in the parking lot of Husky Academy, about a mile away from the high school with a fully loaded gun. The video the teen posted to social media panned to show an unoccupied police vehicle parked next to the teen’s car. The teen, a former student with the Ritenour School District, was charged with first-degree terrorist threat, resisting arrest, and unlawful use of weapons. The indictment was unsealed after it was initially announced during a court hearing last Thursday. An attorney for the woman whose grand jury testimony served as the basis of the new indictment said she intends to testify at trial. Prosecutors in New York began presenting the case to the grand jury in August. His conviction was overturned by the New York Court of Appeals in April, citing violation of Weinstein’s constitutional rights at trial.

CNN —The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration confirmed on Monday it is investigating Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for allegedly decapitating a dead whale carcass and transporting it home two decades ago. A spokesperson for NOAA confirmed to CNN on Monday that Kennedy is under investigation for the incident. “It is long standing NOAA practice not to comment on open investigations,” the spokesperson said. In the interview, Kennedy’s daughter recalls her father using a chainsaw to cut off the head of a dead whale carcass on the beach near their Cape Cod family home and driving the whale’s head back to New York.
