The analysis found that just one Southern city made the top 10 for cities adding high-income households at the fastest rate between 2021 and 2022, while four cities in the northeast ranked in the top eight. WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate will hold a crucial test vote next week on legislation that would pair new policies at the southern border with wartime aid for Ukraine and other American allies, leaders pressing ahead despite heavy skepticism from Republicans and some Democrats.
