Hanna, based in Washington State, told Business Insider that when she got the "god-inspired" urge to start sprinting, she turned to her husband for help. By 2011, Hanna was fast enough to compete in the Washington State Senior Games, a sports competition for people over 50. The next year, she competed at the National Senior Games, which she has done three more times since. Hanna and her coach, Marcus Chambers, after she won gold at the 2024 Senior Games. Hanna won gold in the four by 100 metres with her relay team at this year's National Senior Games.

CNN —Former Italy and Juventus striker Salvatore “Totò” Schillaci, who was the top scorer at the 1990 World Cup on home soil, has died at the age of 59, his former club announced in a statement on Wednesday. “Salvatore Schillaci, known by everyone as Totò, the striker from the magic nights of Italia ’90 with our national team. Bon voyage, champion.”Schillaci played a starring role for Italy at the 1990 World Cup. In the aftermath of the World Cup, Schillaci would go on to score only once more for his country, a goal in a 2-1 defeat to Norway the following year in a qualifier for the 1992 UEFA European Championships. Schillaci announced his retirement from the game in 1999.

When CNBC's Jim Cramer asked AMD CEO Lisa Su about competition with artificial intelligence powerhouse Nvidia , she said there was room for more than one major player in the red-hot semiconductor industry. "The way to think about it is, there's no one size fits all in computing," she said. Both AMD and Nvidia design semiconductor chips essential for the new generative AI technology everyone in the enterprise is clamoring for. To Su, the "technology ecosystem" works well when there's competition and partnership, saying there should be areas where rivals work together and where they compete. Su also discussed the future of AI, saying the world is just beginning to recognize what AI can do.
