PARIS — Rapper Travis Scott has been arrested following an alleged fight involving a security guard and his own bodyguard at a luxury hotel in central Paris, French authorities said on Friday. "I can confirm that on August 9, 2024, police officers were called to the George V hotel and arrested the rapper nicknamed Travis Scott for assaulting a security guard," the Paris prosecutor's officer said in a statement. "The security guard had intervened to separate the rapper from his bodyguard. The George V hotel, near Paris's famous Champs-Élysées and with views of the Eiffel Tower, boasts multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. Scott was arrested in June on a disorderly intoxication charge after he allegedly yelled at people on a yacht in Miami Beach, Florida.

The original officer, struggling to take in the size of the disaster then says: "I mean, that's the Key Bridge ... "That's a long fall," one officer says of the missing construction workers.

This was a day to forget for the United States men’s soccer team. As seen from the graphic below, Morocco dominated the game in key statistical metrics, ending the United States’ hopes of a medal. Thus concludes the United States men’s two-tournament summer. Tanner Tessmann was at the heart of most of the United States’ positive passages.
