Brisbane, Australia CNN —A woman who tried to retrieve her lost phone from between boulders in Australia’s Hunter Valley became stuck upside down for seven hours before she was rescued earlier this month. Just the bare soles of the woman’s feet can be seen in photos of the incident posted on social media Monday by the New South Wales (NSW) Ambulance service. NSW AmbulanceHer friends tried for an hour to free her, according to the NSW Ambulance service, but eventually gave up and called for help. For the next seven hours, police, ambulance, fire and volunteer rescue crews tried to free her, police said in a statement. Peter Watts, NSW Ambulance specialist rescue paramedic, said he’d never seen anything like it.

Anthropic, the Amazon-backed AI startup founded by former OpenAI research executives, announced Tuesday that it's reached an artificial intelligence milestone for the company: AI agents that can use a computer to complete complex tasks like a human would. Anthropic is the company behind Claude — one of the chatbots that, like OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, has exploded in popularity. Amazon had early access to the tool, Anthropic told CNBC, and early customers and beta testers included Asana, Canva and Notion. The company has been working on the tool since early this year, according to Kaplan. Anthropic said that future consumer applications include booking flights, scheduling appointments, filling out forms, conducting online research and filing expense reports.

Treasury yields are raining on the stock market's parade. The benchmark 10-year Treasury yield soared above 4.2% on Tuesday for the first time since late July. The bank compiled different scenarios for how the 10-year and 2-year Treasury yields may react, depending on the election outcome. A helicopter that crashed into a Houston radio tower Sunday, killing all four people aboard and starting a fire below, was on an air tour flight when the accident occurred, the National Transportation Safety Board said Monday. Sapelo Island ferry service will resume Monday using an auxiliary dock, Department of Natural Resources spokesperson Tyler Jones said Sunday. It’s not clear if any of those who died in Saturday's collapse were Gullah Geechee people. Meanwhile, Grovner said, survivors of those who died Saturday will be embraced by the Gullah Geechee and their longstanding fight to exist.

Multiple people died as a helicopter struck a radio tower in Houston on Sunday night and sparked a large fire, authorities said. Police Chief J. Noe Diaz said at a news conference that four people were on board, including a child, and that there were multiple deaths when the private helicopter crashed. The Houston Fire Department initially reported the crash took place in the city's Second Ward neighborhood, where the helicopter appeared to have struck a radio tower before it sparked the fire about 7:54 p.m. local time. At the news conference, fire officials said a blaze spread as far as three blocks before it was stopped. Officials said the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration would investigate.
