Kenneth Hauck wasn’t sure how he would vote when the race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris was just a hypothetical scenario. Now it’s a reality, and Hauck still isn’t sure whom he will support — but he’s leaning toward Harris. Of the 21 previously undecided voters who recently spoke with NBC News, the largest group included nine voters like Hauck who said that they are still undecided but that they are concerned about Trump and are leaning toward picking Harris. A section of a trail in Montana’s Glacier National Park was closed Thursday after a hiker was injured by a bear, park officials said. The injuries to the hiker, a 35-year-old man, were not life-threatening, the National Park Service said. The hiker was hurt Thursday morning after he and his group encountered a bear near the Grinnell Glacier Overlook trailhead, the park service said. Glacier National Park covers 1,583 square miles in northwest Montana. It was the 10th most-visited national park last year, according to data from the park service, which also manages other types of properties, including the Lincoln Memorial.

An initial DNA test on remains believed to be those of Joseph Couch, the suspect in the Interstate 75 shootings, was inconclusive, but an autopsy confirmed the cause of death was a self-inflicted gunshot wound, state officials said. The soft tissue DNA test was “inconclusive due to extreme decomposition of the body,” and a further DNA test with material extracted from bone will be completed, the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet said in a news release. The remains were found in deep brush by a highway exit in Laurel County, which is where London is and where the shootings occurred, state officials said. A couple livestreaming the search for Couch's body helped in the effort and the discovery, state police said. The DNA test from bone is expected to begin Friday and take 24 to 48 hours, the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet said.

Three years ago, a drone took flight at an Ikea warehouse in Switzerland for the first time. They're more self-sufficient, too: For every 10 minutes that a Verity drone is in flight, it charges for 20 minutes. Ikea's investments in Verity's drone technology fit into its broader strategy to explore and test newer supply-chain technologies. Jönsson added that deploying drones has allowed employees to have more time for analyzing inventory data. Before using warehouse drones, workers would check thousands of pallets repeatedly in order to manage inventory.
