Lawyers who represented Ye — aka Kanye West — finally found him after months of trying. After months of searching, attorneys at Greenberg Traurig LLP, the firm that represented West for everything from contract disputes to employment lawsuits, tracked Ye down and told him they quit. He was found at a location "primarily used by persons and entities not affiliated with Ye or his businesses," according to lawyers for Greenberg Traurig. He stopped responding to texts from Greenberg Traurig, the lawyers wrote in a series of court filings, asking for repeated extensions for the deadline to track him down. While the service may mark the end for Greenberg Traurig, it's only the beginning for Ye, whose legal risks couldn't get much higher.

According to the listing, a pet fish is allowed for a one-time fee of $200, and a monthly "pet rent" of $15, but there's strictly "no aggressive breeds" permitted. Her fellow TikTokers poked fun at the $200 fee for a fish and the restrictions against potentially aggressive fish breeds. Resource site Aquarium Source describes Oscar fish as aggressive bullies who "will attack and eat any vulnerable fish." Others shared their own stories of being charged hundreds for one fish as part of a pet policy.
Banning vaccine and mask mandatesDeSantis wants the Florida legislature to permanently ban COVID vaccine and mask mandates. It's not clear how much of a difference a new, permanent Florida law would make. DeSantis will ask the Florida legislature to permanently lift the state's 6% sales tax on baby necessities including on cribs, strollers, clothing, shoes, wipes, and diapers. But some analysts, such as Howard Gleckman at the Tax Policy Center, have warned that tax breaks could actually worsen inflation because people will spend and consume more at a time when supplies are limited. Currently, state law requires a vote be unanimous.

WASHINGTON, Jan 24 (Reuters) - Documents marked as classified were discovered at former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence's Indiana home last week, and he has turned those classified records over to the FBI, his representative said in letters seen by Reuters. Pence's representative sent a letter to the National Archives notifying them of the documents and in a separate letter said the FBI came to the former vice president's home to collect the documents. The discovery puts Pence in the company of his former boss, former President Donald Trump, and President Joe Biden after documents with classified markings were found at their residences. "Vice President Pence immediately secured those documents in a locked safe pending further direction on proper handling from the National Archives," he said. With agreement by the former vice president, FBI agents came to his Indiana home at 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 19 to collect the documents stored in the safe, Jacob said.
Donald Trump defended Pence after classified documents were discovered at the VP's home. A lawyer for Pence turned over the records to the FBI last week, according to multiple news reports. "Mike Pence is an innocent man," Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social, shortly after the news broke. It also comes as classified documents have been found at President Joe Biden's former office and his Delaware home several times this month. Legal experts have distinguished Trump's handling of classified records from Biden's, arguing that Biden's lawyers notified the authorities about the discovery whereas Trump's team resisted turning the records over.
That other person later became an FBI source in a criminal probe of foreign political lobbying, which McGonigal was supervising, authorities said. The former top FBI agent in New York for counterintelligence was arrested with an ex-Russian diplomat and charged with violating U.S. sanctions on Russia after he left the FBI by trying to help the oligarch Oleg Deripaska get off the sanctions list, federal prosecutors said Monday. McGonigal and Shestakov, 69, who also was arrested Saturday evening, are due to appear in court in Manhattan later Monday. McGonigal previously had investigated Deripaska, who made his fortune in Russia's aluminum industry, while at the FBI. McGonigal agreed to help, and told an FBI supervisor who worked for him that he wanted to recruit the Deripaska employee, the indictment says.
Fox News said that the Secret Service is willing to give Congress a list of visitors to Biden's home if asked. "Like every president in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal," the White House Counsel's Office said on Monday. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi similarly told reporters that the agency does not keep visitor logs for private residences. If the agency did give up records of Biden's visitors to Congress, it would mark a different approach during Trump's presidency. While no official records are kept, the way they are for White House visitors, there are electronic reports that are generated and kept.
