The 61-year-old executive in mid-March adopted a trading plan for the sale of up to six million Nvidia shares by the end of the first quarter of 2025. Huang has hit that threshold months ahead of schedule after a flurry of transactions between June 13 and Sept. 12, according to a new regulatory filing. Even though the sales were made under a 10b5-1 plan, which allows insiders to sell shares under a preplanned structure, Nvidia shares seemed to get a boost from the update Tuesday, trading more than 4% higher.

KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel — Those who remain in the northern city of Kiryat Bialik are preparing for the worst-case scenario: a full-blown war between Israel and the Hezbollah militant group just across the country’s northern border with Lebanon. Surveying the damage in Kiryat Bialik on Monday, Ilan Itach was counting his blessings that his family and home for more than 30 years had survived the attack unharmed. “The entire family is all right, but they are very afraid,” he said, adding that they had left the city to join relatives in another part of northern Israel. Trump allies have pushed for a special legislative session intended for the Republican-controlled legislature to change Nebraska to a winner-take-all system instead of awarding electoral votes by congressional district. The developments appear to cap months of deliberations over whether Nebraska lawmakers could change the way the state apportions its electoral votes in a way that would benefit Trump. Nebraska allocates its electoral votes by congressional district, and the swing district around Omaha has twice gone to Democrats in recent years, giving them one electoral vote from an otherwise ruby-red state. But if lawmakers changed that to a winner-take-all model, Trump would be all but certain to win all of Nebraska's electoral votes. Maine is the only other state that does not have a winner-take-all system for electoral votes.
