Sper cât de curând să fim informați și despre fixarea datei desfășurării Adunării Generale a judecătorilor pentru alegerea noilor membri ai CSM din rândul judecătorilor. Este reacţia ministrului în exerciţiu al Justiţiei, Fadei Nagacevschi la hotărârea de joi a Curţii Constituţionale, prin care patru magistraţi ai CSM urmează a fi revocaţi din funcţie. Într-o postare pe Facebook, Nagacevschi menţionează că, spre regret, prin această formulă, nu se soluționează chestiunea privind selectarea profesorilor titulari prin vot calificat și nici excluderea MJ, PG și Președintelui CSJ din componența CSM, dar și a altor chestiuni importante incluse în proiectul de modificare a Constituției ce vin să fortifice independența justiției și să excludă influențele politice. Prin urmare, susţine Nagacevschi, proiectul de modificare a Constituției rămâne extrem de important spre a fi adoptat.
