CNN has contacted the special prosecutor in the Santa Fe, New Mexico case for comment. Baldwin and “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed were both charged with involuntary manslaughter in January. An attorney for Gutierrez Reed has previously said she will plead not guilty. Prosecutors already removed a firearm enhancement charge against Baldwin and Gutierrez Reed, reducing a potential prison sentence from 5 years to a maximum of 18 months.

But the launch was called off due to what the SpaceX broadcast said was a pressurization issue. “A pressurant valve appears to be frozen, so unless it starts operating soon, no launch today,” SpaceX CEO Elon Musk tweeted. “If we get far enough away from launch pad before something goes wrong, then I think I would consider that to be a success,” Musk said during a Twitter “Spaces” event on Sunday.

CNN —The family of murdered Cash App founder Bob Lee issued a statement Thursday thanking the San Francisco Police Department “for bringing his killer to Justice” after the arrest of Nima Momeni. Law enforcement described Momeni as a 38-year-old man from Emeryville, California and said Momeni and Lee knew one another, but didn’t provide further details about their connection. Lee was stabbed to death in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco early in the morning of April 4th. “Every day around the world, people interact with technology that Bob helped create.
