I later moved to London and felt disappointed — it was harder to build community in a big city. AdvertisementOur town in Canada immediately felt like homeThere was a lot of beauty we could access for free or cheap in the Canadian Rockies. At the same time, the cost of living in London felt astronomical compared to Banff. London just didn't have the same sense of community as our town in Canada. For me, our town in the Rockies felt more like home, and I'd still move back in a heartbeat.
