A new report has detailed a dark feature that made some of the devices even more gruesome. The attacks targeted pagers and walkie-talkies used by the Iran-backed Lebanese militant group Hezbollah. Hezbollah had seemingly switched from using cellphones to more low-tech pagers just months before the detonations.
