O clătită, al cărei aluat se face din apă, sare și făină. Acesta se toarnă peste ingrediente precum legume, carne, fructe de mare și se coace cu ouă bătute și turnate deasupra. Tulpinile de ceapă verde spală-le, taie le rădăcinile și apoi taie în jumătate, de-a lungul, fiecare tulpină. Toarnă deasupra tuturor legumelor aluatul de clătită și pune tava la cuptor pentru apoximativ 8-10 min.
