Partidului „ȘOR” și Platforma „Pentru Moldova” consideră că decizia Curţii Constituţionale privind dizolvarea Parlamentului nici pe departe nu soluționează criza politică, dar o adâncește. Într-un comunicat de presă ei menționează că în loc de stabilitate și gestionarea eficientă a crizei pandemice, Maia Sandu duce țara spre revoltă și dezorganizare. "Maia Sandu a vrut, Curtea Constituțională a decis: alegeri anticipate pe timp de pandemie. Ceea ce s-a întâmplat astăzi nu e nici pe departe o rezolvare a crizei politice, ci aprofundarea ei. În loc de stabilitate și gestionarea eficientă a crizei pandemice, Maia Sandu a dus această țară și oamenii acestei țări spre nihilism, revoltă și dezorganizare.

Mai mulți politicieni, printre care și lideri ai unor fracțiuni parlamentare, au venit cu reacții, după ce joi, 15 aprilie, Curtea Constituțională a constatat că există circumstanțe care justifică dizolvarea Parlamentului de la Chișinău. Aşteptăm decretul prezidenţial de dizolvare a Parlamentului şi declanşarea procesului electoral”, se menționează în mesajul postat de către deputații PAS. Renato Usatîi, liderul partidului politic „Partidul Nostru” a salutat decizia Înaltei Curți și a declarat că „prăbușirea coaliției Dodon-Șor este o formașitate”. Curtea Constituțională a constatat joi, 15 aprilie, existența circumstanțelor care să justifice dizolvarea Parlamentului de la Chișinău. Pe 30 martie, președinta R. Moldova, Maia Sandu, a depus la CC sesizarea privind constatarea circumstanțelor care justifică dizolvarea Parlamentului.
