It typically takes eight to 10 years to grow a Christmas tree, depending on the variety and location, according to the National Christmas Tree Association, a trade group representing growers. “I haven’t heard of any community in America where people haven’t been able to get a Christmas tree and I don’t expect that will be the case this year,” said Tim O’Connor, executive director of the National Christmas Tree Association. The Real Christmas Tree Board, an industry trade group, in September surveyed 49 wholesale growers of Christmas trees who collectively account for two-thirds of the nation’s tree supply about their outlook for the holiday season. “The starting wholesale price is gonna be much more controlled this year than what we had to experience last year.

Domino's updated loyalty program offers another reason to be optimistic about the stock, BTIG said. Analyst Peter Saleh reiterated his buy rating and top pick call for the pizza chain. "As expected, Domino's announced changes to its loyalty program this morning in conjunction with the start of the fall season and 4Q23," he said in a note to clients Tuesday. Domino's updated loyalty program includes new tiers and rewards that Saleh said should appeal to more costumers as it has faster redemption and more options. The update should build on other improvements in the business such as menu innovations and an upcoming launch with Uber Eats, Saleh said.

On top of a nightly charge of as much as £918, or about $1142, the hotel charges guests a daily £15, or $19, service fee. The Dreamcatcher DW in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is another hotel that charges an undisclosed $15 a night "hotel fee." "We do have a $50 check-in fee that started at the beginning of this year," a spokesperson for Hanalei Bay Resort told Insider. More general resort fees that are tacked onto customer bills are not new. Russian crude exports and transit from the ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk in April will rise above 10 million tonnes, up from 9.7 million tonnes in March, which is a day longer. It was unclear if Russia's high exports mean it has lowered its output cuts. Seasonal maintenance on Russian refineries in April could explain the high crude exports as the state's domestic market needs less oil, the sources added. Urals crude exports from Primorsk in April will reach some 4.4 million tonnes, while Ust-Luga will load 3.0 million tonnes of Russia's Urals and Kazakstan's KEBCO crude oil grades, the three sources told Reuters on condition of anonymity. Russia's Urals oil keeps flowing to Asia in April, while softer freight rates help the grade's sellers to reach far-away costumers, accoding to Reuters souces.
So I designed a product that's modular — that can go inside a garage — and San Jose preapproved it. Then they are trucked to the site of the garage, along with the wall panels, and installed inside the garage. So far, I've built four units — with five more in the pipeline — throughout San Jose, San Mateo, and Mountain View. The floors are cork and bamboo, and there are solid-core barn doors inside the units. I really started doing this as a way to to solve a problem.
JPMorgan is making a complete 180-turn on Intel as the chipmaker continues to fall behind its rivals. "We believe it will be several years before Intel is able to reverse the tide to reclaim technology leadership in hopes of regaining market share." Part of that stems from current challenges with a new central processing unit, called Sapphire Rapids, that had production pushed due to security issues. He said Intel will also be pressured by weakening demand for personal technology over the next 12 to 18 months. Cloud and data needs will remain strong, but Intel will not feel the full tailwinds as it continues to lose market share, he added.
