We Counted 22,252 Cars to See How Much Congestion Pricing Might Have Made This MorningToday would have been the first Monday of New York City’s congestion pricing plan. A 15-year-old boy has died after falling off a train while subway surfing in Brooklyn, police said. Thursday's incident comes after a number of subway surfing cases were reported this and last year. In June, a 15-year-old boy was critically injured after hitting his head while subway surfing on top of a New York City train. Thursday's incident is not the first time a case of subway surfing has turned deadly.
