"This is just the most speculative situation in the world, and if the deal doesn't get together you're going to see a $6 stock," Cramer said.
Domino's Pizza : The pizza chain reported better-than-expected quarterly results, which included same-store sales rising 5.6%.
"Q2 guide was a little light," Cramer said, noting he still sees uncertainty around the fate of student-loan forgiveness initiatives.
