The report only mentioned climate and weather conditions in Mexican cities and the presenter makes no mention of global warming, communism or Bitcoin. A logo on the lower right corner of the clip leads to online news service N Más or N+, part of popular Mexican broadcaster Televisa. An archived video on the N Más site shows reporter Susy Almeida presenting the weather on July 12 (here). Almeida and N Más representatives did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
