To the Editor:Re “Biden Practices and Trump Improvises in Run-Up to Revamped Debate” (news article, June 17):There is one question that I hope President Biden gets to ask the former president at Thursday’s debate. For the last four years, Donald Trump has told anyone and everyone who would listen that the 2020 election was stolen from him. The man in charge of the federal government at the time, the most powerful man in the nation and the world, was Mr. Trump. How did a man out of power rig the federal election so as to win by more than seven million votes in the popular vote as well as defeat Mr. Trump in the Electoral College?
