The videos from Saudi Arabia’s futuristic urban development project spread quickly across the internet, and almost as quickly started to disappear. A handful of smaller accounts within this small community of Neom-based content creators remain active, with their videos still viewable. NEOM/Cover-Images.com via Reuters fileThe spokesperson said the latest marketing campaign was about Saudi National Day and was shared to LinkedIn last week. On Thursday last week, at least four other Neom-based content creators suddenly went dark, though one account seemed to reactivate later that day. In many ways, according to researchers, Neom is tied to Saudi Arabia’s efforts to reshape its reputation on the global stage.

Some countries are fairly straightforward about their requirements for citizenship through jus sanguinis. Hungary offers citizenship based on jus sanguinis with some caveats, too. “When both of my parents got their Hungarian citizenship around four years ago, it made it easier for me to get it,” said Koszorus, 41, who received his Hungarian citizenship this summer, less than a year after he started the paperwork and application process. During my three-day visit in August, I stayed at a tiny home by Tiny Away for one night. AdvertisementLaunched by a Singaporean tiny home startup called Big Tiny in May 2023, Tiny Away features five tiny houses that measure around 139 square feet each — or slightly smaller than an average parking space. Tiny Away is currently the only option for those who want to try tiny house living without going abroad. For one, there's a glamping resort on Lazarus Island that offers stays for a similar price to Tiny Away. But Tiny Away strikes me as ideal for guests looking for some solitude or a chance to experience the city-state minus all the high rises.

This is Street Wars, a weekly series on the battle for space on New York’s streets and sidewalks. Any New Yorker who regularly walks around the city quickly learns which sidewalks are a pleasure to navigate and which are more like obstacle courses. Some are wide enough to stroll two, maybe three people across. Some are so narrow and crowded that it’s easier to just walk in the street, despite the danger. He was able to track those factors using data from the city and images from dash cameras used widely by ride-share drivers.

Rucking appealed to me because it seemed like a simple way to make my daily lunchtime walks more efficient. That said, it doesn't look like a normal backpack, so I did get a few strange looks as I strolled around the rural village where I live on a weekday lunchtime. It felt very different from carrying a normal backpack, too, likely due to the weight and its positioning. Millennials are losing their cool

Millennials may not be there yet on pants, or at least that's what I, as a millennial, tell myself. The internet is fueling the millennials vs. Gen Z discourse, but underlying it is something deeper: millennials raging against the dying of the light. "It's really beneficial for brands that at least the online discourse has millennials looking to Gen Z for trends. The nature of internet culture, much of which was created by millennials, puts a unique bent on the discourse and how creators and influencers address millennials. Gen Z, be nice to your friendly millennial next door, and vice versa.

Low back pain affects at least 619 million people worldwide, and that number is expected to increase to 843 million people by 2050, according to research estimates. Unfortunately, nearly 70% of people who recover from an episode of low back pain have a recurrence within a year, experts say. Yet there is an easy, free way to prevent low back pain, at least for a while, according to a new randomized clinical trial. People in the study who walked regularly after having at least one episode of low back pain were pain free nearly twice as long as those who did not. “We also discussed simple strategies to reduce the risk of a recurrence of low back pain and instructions on how to self-manage any minor recurrences.
