For that case, Spiro was billing the city for his work — though reportedly charging only $250 per hour instead of the $2,025 per hour rate he's charged other clients. But New York City's coffers aren't being emptied for Spiro's work in the criminal case against Adams, according to Fabien Levy, the city's deputy mayor for communications.

It isn't clear how much of the footage prosecutors reviewed or whether they reviewed any of the five videos. It is so far the most substantive film footage of Baldwin acting scenes and firing prop guns on the set of "Rust." "Thank goodness" the billionaire tweeted late Friday night following the verdict by a federal jury of nine individuals in the civil trial. Musk's 2018 tweet, which pushed Tesla's shareholders to launch the costly legal battle against him, read: "Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured." Musk told jurors in January that he trusted Al-Rumayyan's verbal promises, which led to the "funding secured" tweet about taking Tesla private.
