For years, Jeff Sharp often relied on the same refrain when he came upon an addict. The only reason Bailey wasn’t charged in Hilbert’s murder, Zois told “Dateline,” is because she is dead. A lawyer for Bischoff disputed this account, telling “Dateline” that his client had nothing to do with Hilbert’s murder. Bailey Sharp, 23, was killed weeks after Justin Hilbert's murder. And without that money, the arrangement between Bischoff, Bailey and Serrano fell apart in the weeks that followed.

The big storySports gambling goes Wall StreetiStock; Rebecca Zisser/BIHow would you like to turn $100 into $1.7 million in a little over a year? Thanks to a secondary market for gambling tickets, Shelton could sell his ticket to another bettor. And not unlike Wall Street's feelings about retail traders, Shelton is the type of gambler sportsbooks love. Unlike mom-and-pop gamblers who often bet on a whim, so-called sharps' systematic approach to gambling can pose a problem for sportsbooks.

But the Super Bowl is one event where the casuals make up a much larger share of the money. Its app, which lets users to trade sports bets like they would stocks, launches in New Jersey Thursday. On Thursday, its new app that allows users to trade sports bets like they would stocks goes live in New Jersey. In the US, there are now various peer-to-peer exchanges from BettorEdge to Prophet that let users bet against each other instead of playing against the house. It's also hoping to build on that with word of mouth as people start to experience the app firsthand.
