LOS ANGELES, Dec 5 (Reuters) - The man who shot and wounded Lady Gaga's dog walker during the theft of two of the singer's French bulldogs in Hollywood last year pleaded no contest to attempted murder on Monday and was immediately sentenced to 21 years in prison. Several other charges Jackson faced were dismissed in the plea deal, according to the Los Angeles City News Service (CNS). Another co-defendant, Harold White, pleaded no contest on Monday to a weapons charge and will be sentenced next year, prosecutors said. Two others, Jaylin White and Lafayette Whaley, each previously pleaded no contest to second-degree robbery, receiving sentences of four years and six years in prison, respectively. LOS ANGELES — The man involved in the shooting of Lady Gaga's dog walker during a robbery last year was sentenced Monday to 21 years in prison, officials said. James Howard Jackson, 20, pleaded no contest to the attempted murder charge and was immediately sentenced to prison, NBC Los Angeles reported. In August, almost four months after he was mistakenly freed from custody in Los Angeles, Jackson was captured and arrested in Palmdale, a city north of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. Ea a spus că i-a găsit pe stradă şi că a contactat apropiaţii cântăreţei Lady Gaga, care i-au oferit o recompensă de 500.000 de dolari pentru înapoierea animalelor. Koji şi Gustav, doi Buldogi Francezi, au fost răpiţi de cel puţin doi necunoscuţi în seara zilei de 24 februarie, în pofida rezistenţei angajatului cântăreţei Lady Gaga care îi plimba. Un al treilea câine al cântăreţei a fugit, însă s-a întors înapoi lângă cel care îl plimba.
