Deși reprezintă o clădire abandonată la marginea satului, conacul a prins viață și a devenit de nerecunoscut în filmările ce au devenit virale pe Internet. Videoclipul reprezintă o versiune nouă, pe ritmuri latino, a cântecului „Orele”, pe versurile lui Grigore Vieru și muzica lui Anatol Chiriac. Tatăl său, cântărețul Pavel Stratan, s-a născut și a crescut la Nișcani, localitate vecină cu Păuleștiul, scrie expresul.md. La începutul anilor 1990, aici a funcționat contabilitatea colhozului, iar după independență conacul a fost privatizat.
