His last major Republican challenger, former U.N. The state GOP required candidates to choose running either in the caucuses or the primary. Trump is the only major candidate left in the caucuses and expected to win all 26 of Nevada's Republican delegates. Nikki Haley was the only major presidential candidate to appear on the state's GOP primary ballot. AdvertisementDespite being the only currently running major candidate on the official state-run Republican presidential primary in Nevada, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley lost to the option "None of These Candidates." Importantly, if a candidate chooses to be apart of the state-run primary, the Nevada GOP said they will not be permitted to also caucus on February 8. For reasons not entirely clear, Haley signed up to be a part of the state-run primary in 2023, even though she could not win any delegates from it. As former President Donald Trump, the leading GOP candidate in the race, is signed up for caucus, Haley was the only major candidate on the Nevada primary's ballot.

Republican presidential candidate, former U.N. Former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley lost Nevada's Republican presidential primary to "none of these candidates," NBC News projected. Haley was the only Republican candidate on the ballot Tuesday, but she was not the only choice on the ballot. Behind the state's primary-plus-caucus schedule this year is a rift between Nevada's Republican Party and its Democratic-controlled state legislature. But the Nevada Republican Party opposed the change, and it opted instead to hold its own caucuses and effectively ignore the primary.

Georgia is the only state to indict Donald Trump for trying to overturn the 2020 election. Donald Trump and his merry band of indicted lawyers and fake electors tried to overturn the 2020 election results in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, New Mexico, and Michigan. Trump went further in Georgia than in any other state to overturn the results of the election. "Those who wish to avoid felony charges in Fulton County, Georgia — including violations of Georgia RICO law — should not commit felonies in Fulton County, Georgia," Willis wrote.

RENO, Nev. — One day before early voting begins here, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto argued that voters should rebuke her GOP opponent at the ballot box for his role in promoting falsehoods about the 2020 election. Cortez Masto is locked in what appears to be dead heat against Laxalt, the Republican former attorney general of Nevada who has said the 2020 election was "rigged." In that same interview, Laxalt said, “There’s no question they rigged the election,” referring to 2020. In Nevada, Cortez Masto is battling to retain her Senate seat in a contest that could determine the balance of power in the U.S. Senate. Cortez Masto’s messaging is part of a concerted effort by her campaign focusing on Laxalt’s past remarks on voter fraud.
