(AP) — Police in Norfolk, Nebraska, have identified a man whose body was found inside an apartment building chimney, but they're still not sure about the circumstances that led to his death. The victim was 29-year-old Zachariah Andrews of Norfolk, the Norfolk Daily News reported Wednesday. Michael Bauer said Andrews was identified by scars, marks, tattoos and an identification card found with his body. Police received a call on Sept. 16 from a tenant of the apartment building who said he heard a man yelling for help. Ministry spokesperson Michael Bauer tweeted that the Austrian Forces Disaster Relief Unit (AFDRU) was available for further rescue operations when the working environment became safe. News agency AFP reported clashes between unidentified groups, and that Austrian troops were sheltering in a base camp with other international organizations and were awaiting instructions. VIENNA, Jan 6 (Reuters) - A soldier was killed and another injured after an exchange of fire at an airfield barracks in the Austrian town of Wiener Neustadt on Friday, a Defence Ministry spokesperson said. Austrian news agency APA reported that the soldier on guard duty had opened fire during an apparent argument and that he was then shot by the higher-ranking military officer. "In the airfield barracks ... the guard soldier was killed and another soldier injured in an exchange of fire shortly before 7 a.m. (0600 GMT)," ministry spokesperson Michael Bauer tweeted. Austrian broadcaster ORF reported that the guard who was killed at the barracks in the town, about 60 km (40 miles) south of Vienna, was aged 20 and from the province of Lower Austria.
