CNN —Another day, another record broken by Iowa’s Caitlin Clark. In the Hawkeyes’ 95-62 Big Ten Tournament win against the Penn State Lady Lions on Friday, Clark eclipsed NBA star Steph Curry’s record of most three-pointers hit in a single NCAA Division-I season. However, Clark has now surpassed the man who many consider the greatest three-point shooter in the history of basketball. Clark eventually found her groove and was able to sink the crucial three to write her name in yet another page of the history books. In a win against the Ohio State Buckeyes on March 3, Clark overtook Hall of Famer “Pistol” Pete Maravich’s record of 3,667 points.

Best Buy has been digging into healthcare since 2018, focusing on virtual care and home health. The electronics retailer bought Current Health in 2021 for $400 million as part of that push. It's another example of Best Buy continuing to invest in its healthcare business despite falling retail sales. Best Buy, McGhee said, wants to support patients across the entire continuum of care without actually providing that medical care. "Best Buy is there as an enabler, the plumbing that allows care at home to happen."

We also show that formerly covered states were largely indistinguishable from formerly uncovered states in terms of retrogression. If anything, states unaffected by Shelby County retrogressed marginally more than did states impacted by the ruling. If changes in election laws, especially those affecting voter turnout, have little influence on partisan outcomes, why should the average citizen care about these developments? Conversely, even if the laws have only marginal influence on election outcomes, couldn’t that marginal difference become crucial in very close elections? We might think some changes to election laws are simply the right thing to do based on our ethical values.

ExxonMobil didn't protect workers from racial discrimination, a federal agency says in a new suit. Five nooses were found at a Louisiana Exxon plant, the EEOC says in the lawsuit. While the contractors were banned, the suit claims that ExxonMobil did not take other measures like counseling or policy changes. A supervisor removed the noose, but didn't notify human resources, and no investigation took place, the suit claims. McGhee reported the noose to his supervisor, and another investigation was unable to identify who installed the noose, the suit said.
