CNN —A Red Cross convoy of humanitarian aid entered Nagorno-Karabakh on Saturday, officials said, the first since a Russian-brokered ceasefire ended Azerbaijan’s offensive this week. The aid had been transported along the Lachin corridor, the only road connecting Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, the ICRC said. The ICRC added that it carried out the medical evacuation of 17 people who were wounded during fighting and had delivered medical supplies and body bags as aid. ICRC vehicles transport humanitarian aid for residents of Nagorno-Karabakh towards the Armenia-Azerbaijan border on September 23. “They know they have been suffering as a result of the blockade over many months, shortages of food, medical supplies, basic gasoline and petrol,” he added.

CNN —Russian-appointed authorities in Crimea reported on Sunday that their air defense forces and electronic warfare units had fended off at least three Ukranian drone attacks in the Crimean port city of Sevastopol. The Russian-back governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev said that “more than ten drones” were sent to Crimea and Sevastopol overnight. “The air defense forces and electronic warfare units prevented another attack on Sevastopol,” he said in a statement shared on Telegram. An important port and a major naval base for Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, Sevastopol city has been the site of multiple suspected Ukrainian attacks. Last week saw reports of a suspected drone strike which sparked a huge fire at a fuel storage facility in Sevastopol.
CNN —Two civilians have died in a village in Russia’s Bryansk region following Ukrainian shelling, according to a local governor. Bogomaz blamed the Ukrainian armed forces for the strikes in Bryansk, which he said had hit residential buildings in the village of Suzemka, in Syzemsky district. The Bryansk region shares a border to its south with Ukraine and to its west with Belarus. A video posted on Bogomaz’s Telegram channel shows people emerging from a damaged building at night.
