Joran van der Sloot is no longer the suspect in my daughter’s murder.
The office told the Associated Press it was not immediately clear whether van der Sloot could face murder charges there.

In court on Wednesday, Manasco said she considered van der Sloot’s “brutal murder of Natalee Holloway” in her decision to accept the plea agreement.
