“We all understand that football is not the most important thing now in Ukraine,” Ukraine head coach Sergiy Rebrov tells CNN Sport. “But I think our successful performance in Europe gives our people in Ukraine positive emotions. “Before [the war], when you’re fighting on the pitch, you are thinking only about the result. “HRMMU is aware of the video and is looking into it,” it said in a statement to The Associated Press. “We have received credible allegations of summary executions of persons hors de combat, and several cases of torture and ill-treatment, reportedly committed by members of the Ukrainian armed forces,” Bogner said. Both countries have denied allegations of human rights abuses. The armed conflict has led to a wide range of human rights violations affecting both civilians and combatants," the report said. It said rights violations against Ukrainian servicemen included extrajudicial executions, sexual violence, denial of a fair trial and a lack of food, water and medical assistance.
