Seven men between the ages of 15 and 18 are currently on trial for the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl in Palermo in August. Last month’s alleged gang rape in Catania has become not only a symbol of violence against women in the country, but a cause célèbre for Italy’s far-right government. CNN approached the suspect’s lawyers for comment. Meanwhile, during a visit to Catania, Meloni expressed her solidarity with the alleged rape victim and her family. This is not the first case of non-EU minors being welcomed into Italian facilities and then engaging in criminal activities.”

By Crispian BalmerROME (Reuters) - Performing a stiff-armed fascist salute is not a crime in Italy unless it risks sparking violence or is aimed at reviving the fascist party, the Supreme Court has ruled in a verdict that delighted extreme-right groups. The Supreme Court was called to review the issue following a 2016 event in Milan where eight militants were arrested for making fascist salutes. However, the Supreme Court left open the door to future prosecutions given Italy's inconclusive legal framework. "The only sure thing is that you cannot create a fascist party. 'ETERNAL COMPROMISE'Italy's main piece of legislation against promoting fascist propaganda is the so-called Scelba Law of 1952 which prohibits any "movement or group of people ... pursuing anti-democratic ends associated with the fascist party".

Soccer Football - Europa League - Semi Final - First Leg - Juventus v Sevilla - Allianz Stadium, Turin, Italy - May 11, 2023 General view of Juventus flags seen outside the stadium before the match REUTERS/Massimo Pinca/File Photo Acquire Licensing RightsROME, Sept 11 (Reuters) - The Exor holding company that owns Juventus is considering putting the Serie A club up for sale, Italian daily Il Giornale wrote on Monday, without citing sources. Exor believes that after operations to clean up the accounts of Italy's most historically successful team it can put it on sale for at least 1.5 billion euros ($1.61 billion), Il Giornale added. Juventus was banned from UEFA competition for this season after finishing seventh in Serie A last term due to a 10-points deduction for alleged false accounting practices. Speculation has arisen in the past about the possibility of Exor selling Juventus, and in May a company spokesman told Reuters its commitment to the club "remains unchanged." When Starbucks was first founded in 1971, customers would walk in and ask for coffee beans: no modifications or refreshers. The shop featured a menu with the “Starbucks language” customers are familiar with today, including drinks such as espressos and lattes. Short and tall are other terms associated with the Italian coffee bar concept, used to describe the size of the drink. However, not everyone has embraced the Starbucks language. “I refuse to use Starbucks sizing.

Dodge needed a compact crossover in its North American showrooms; and the historically dubious “Hornet” nameplate was available. The last Hornet model in series-production (1970-1977) was built by American Motors Corporation.
