The 24-year-old Lewis became the first player in Twins history to hit grand slams in back-to-back games.
The Twins increased their lead in the American League Central to seven games over the second-place Guardians.
Cleveland's hitters provided Curry with a 4-0 lead in the top of the second before the Twins surged back.
