Police caught up with a stolen Tesla after it ran out of battery during a chase, Fox 11 Los Angeles reported. The car belonged to Fox 11 anchor Susan Hirasuna and was stolen from downtown Los Angeles. Hirasuna's Tesla app estimated the car's battery was down to 15 miles of range when it was taken. Federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security on Monday raided homes in the Los Angeles area and Miami that a person with knowledge of the case said were connected to Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul who has been accused of sexual assault and sex trafficking in multiple civil lawsuits over the last several months. In a statement on Monday, in response to questions about news reports of a raid on Mr. Combs’s residences, Homeland Security Investigations said: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners. The criminal inquiry was being conducted by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York and federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations, a law-enforcement official said. The measure makes it illegal to sit, lie, sleep, or set up encampments near "sensitive use" properties, and other areas such as streets, overpasses, underpasses, freeway ramps, and more as mentioned in the document, and as reported by FOX 11. The ordinance restricts "sitting, lying, or sleeping or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property in the public right-of-way." The ordinance also makes it illegal to sit, lie, sleep, or set up encampments within 1,000 feet of or on a "street, sidewalk, or other public right-of-way."
