Carroll later told The Real Deal that he wasn't shooting live rounds and that he had spoken to police.
He was accused last year of spitting in the face of a restaurant manager, The Real Deal reported.
Other unnamed sources told Page Six that Bertarelli wasn't involved in an altercation at the party.
