CNN —Cristóbal del Solar wrote his name into the history books on Thursday, as the Chilean golfer shot a 13-under 57 at the Astara Golf Championship to set the new record for the lowest round ever shot at a PGA Tour-sanctioned event. Del Solar’s bogey-free feat bests the previous record set by Germany’s Stephan Jaeger and “Mr. “Incredible, man,” del Solar told reporters. “Hopefully, I’ll celebrate Sunday as well,” del Solar added. Last week, del Solar’s Chilean compatriot Joaquin Niemann shot a 12-under 59 at the LIV Golf season opener in Mayakoba, Mexico, carding an eagle and 10 birdies.

On Monday, New York Stock Exchange-owner ICE and mortgage data vendor Black Knight said the joint agreement will allow them to continue working toward a final settlement agreement with the FTC. Shares of Black Knight rose 4.7% to $74.89 in premarket trading. The agreement clears a major regulatory hurdle for ICE and Black Knight, which had been struggling to get a green light from regulators. Black Knight agreed to shed two of its units to ease the FTC's concerns but had said it was willing to go to court to save the deal if necessary.

ICE provided its consent to Black Knight going ahead with the move, the sources added. It could not be learned if Black Knight is carrying out the sale process for Empower in co-ordination with the FTC. Black Knight and Truist did not respond to requests for comment. Holly Vedova, director of the FTC's Bureau of Competition, said in a speech last week, without addressing the Black Knight deal specifically, that the agency was not inclined to approve mergers on the basis of divestitures.
