I quit after working at Disney World for three months through the Disney College Program. When I got older, I learned that travel and tourism was a college degree programI went that route for my bachelor's and master's degrees while in the Disney College Program. Cassie Schoene was a sophomore in college when she got into Disney's college program. It's a work program that usually lasts four to seven months and can be extended for up to a year. Disney College Program participants, or CPs, must be enrolled in a university or have graduated in the past two years.
