President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump are squaring off in their first debate of the 2024 White House race in Atlanta on Thursday night. NBC News Now will stream CNN's Presidential Debate live. The 90-minute debate comes as Trump faces two pending criminal prosecutions over the Republican's efforts to overturn his defeat as president in the 2020 election to the Democrat Biden. There will be no studio audience for the debate, and each candidate's microphone will be muted when it is their opponent's turn to speak. CNBC's team of politics and economics reporters will be covering the candidates, the lead-up and the debate live from Washington, D.C.; CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey; and New York City.
