He spends an hour working from home each day before heading to the office for in-person meetings. Chang's, about his morning work routine. These early morning meetings are informal in nature and reflect a very comfortable "open-door" ethos that exists within our senior executive team, which I love. I have a rule with my executive assistant not to schedule any meetings before 8 a.m. Starting at 8 a.m., the meetings begin and tend to come fast and furious for the remainder of the day.

Chang’s is relaunching its seven-year-old loyalty program to now include a paid tier, joining a growing trend of restaurants entering the space. The chain’s existing loyalty program isn’t going away: The free tier will be renamed Gold and offer fewer benefits, including earning only 10 points per dollar spent. The aim of the program is to create “added value for repeat customers,” P.F. Taco Bell has found success with its $10 per month Taco Lover’s Pass program that gives customers one free taco every day. Changs’ program, in his opinion, is the free delivery since the chain aiming to growing that part of its business.
