Rusia se va implica în conflictul din Afganistan doar dacă ostilitățile se vor extinde peste granițele acestei țări și vor afecta țări terțe, aliate ale Rusiei, a declarat ministrul rus de externe, Serghei Lavrov. În plus, Moscova susţine punerea în aplicare a acordurilor dintre Washington şi talibani, a spus ministrul rus. Purtătorul de cuvânt al Kremlinului, Dmitri Peskov, a declarat că preşedintele Vladimir Putin sprijină desfăşurarea unui dialog între părţi într-o situaţie atât de tensionată. A suflat vântul astăzi în iarmarocul de flori şi răsad amenajat special pentru producătorii autohtoni în Piaţa Centrală din Capitală. Deși au solicitat în mod repetat deschiderea târgului pentru a-şi putea vinde marfa, am surprins doar 10 vânzători. "Băiatul meu a stat o săptămână şi a vândut într-o săptămână de 75 de lei, dar locul e 75 pe zi. Administrația Pieţei Centrale spune că iarmarocul a fost deschis la insistenţa vânzătorilor. Iarmarocul de flori şi răsad va fi deschis până în 31 iulie.
