“The thing that I really liked about Estonians, and Estonians have never believed me when I say this, but I liked how friendly they were,” he says. Reflecting on his first years in Estonia, Johnson notes that things were very different to how they are now. “Quite often, people don’t really believe that that’s possible,” he says.
