Every year, about 100 advisors at Morgan Stanley take an exam in order to work with high-net-worth families. "We don't have a requisite number that we're looking to put through the program," Alex Chester, who runs the bank's family wealth director program, told Insider. David Bokman, Morgan Stanley's head of family office resources, and his team, pretend to be a high-net-worth client and their accountant or attorney.
