President Biden spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Sunday and the pair agreed that humanitarian assistance would continue to flow into the Gaza Strip, the White House said.
A 20-truck convoy entered Gaza on Saturday, and a smaller one moved on Sunday, the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees said.
The White House said Biden and Netanyahu discussed continuing efforts to release all of the hostages held by Hamas, as well as ways for U.S. citizens and other civilians to leave Gaza.
