"COVID made the field of pharma and healthcare really look introspectively at their programs and the way they do their work," she said.
If there is one thing that Barger wished her clients knew, it is that DEI impacts everyone across the healthcare sector, no matter their race, disability, sexual orientation, or position in the C-suite.
