CNN —A Chinese rocket crashed after being accidentally launched during a ground test Sunday, its company Space Pioneer said in a statement. The cost of living in Manhattan is more than twice the national average. The second- and third-most expensive places are Honolulu and San Jose, California, but in comparison, they are much more affordable. That's according to the Council for Community and Economic Research's Cost of Living Index, which measures regional price differences for everyday goods and services in 271 urban areas in the U.S. A composite score of 100 is the national average, and any score higher than 100 is above average. Data for the Cost of Living Index was collected from Jan. 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024.
