Ozak Tekstil told CNN it had terminated the workers “as a last resort” when they declined an invitation to return to work.
If it refused, “we will be forced to take the appropriate next steps to uphold workers’ rights,” Levi’s wrote.
It did not reinstate all of the fired workers.
