CLEVELAND (AP) — The Cleveland Browns are interviewing former Philadelphia offensive coordinator Brian Johnson to help bring out the best in quarterback Deshaun Watson, a person familiar with the team's plans told The Associated Press on Thursday. Stefanski fired offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt last week as part of an offensive shakeup. Johnson was ousted by Sirianni along with Eagles defensive coordinator Sean Desai after Philadelphia lost to Tampa Bay in the wild-card round. Stefanski has also interviewed Seattle offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, former Buffalo offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and Texans quarterbacks coach Jerrod Johnson for the coordinator vacancy. The Browns are hiring Duce Staley, fired last season in Carolina, as their new running backs coach and former Alabama offensive coordinator Tommy Rees to coach tight ends.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing — U.S.-listed shares of the semiconductor company popped 9.79% on the back of a fourth-quarter profit and revenue beat . Fastenal earned 46 cents per share on revenue of $1.76 billion, while analysts polled by StreetAccount forecast 45 cents per share on $1.75 billion in revenue. Adjusted earnings per share were 32 cents, versus the 27 cents expected from analysts polled by StreetAccount. KeyCorp — The Cleveland-based bank dropped 4.62% after reporting fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 3 cents, down from 38 cents a year prior. Kinder Morgan — Kinder Morgan shares slid 1.42% after the natural gas pipeline operator reported fourth-quarter revenue of $4.04 billion, missing the LSEG consensus estimate of $4.41 billion.

CLEVELAND (AP) — The Cleveland Browns are signing former Super Bowl MVP quarterback Joe Flacco to their practice squad, a person familiar with the decision told The Associated Press on Sunday night. The addition of Flacco bolsters Cleveland's quarterback depth after Deshaun Watson was lost for the season with a shoulder fracture. The 38-year-old Flacco will give the Browns an established backup as well as a mentor for Thompson-Robinson, who went 24 of 43 for 165 yards and an interception against the Steelers. Last season, Flacco threw four TD passes as the Jets rallied in the final minutes to stun the Browns.

CLEVELAND (AP) — The Cleveland Museum of Art has sued New York City authorities over their seizure of a headless bronze statue believed to depict the Roman emperor and philosopher Marcus Aurelius. The museum argues in its suit that the statue was lawfully obtained and that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office has no legal authority to seize it. The 76-inch (1.9-meter) statue dates from A.D. 180 to 200 and is worth $20 million, according to the district attorney’s office. Museum spokesman Todd Mesek said it does not discuss ongoing litigation but noted the museum takes provenance issues very seriously. Marcus Aurelius ruled as Roman emperor from A.D. 161 to 180 and was a Stoic philosopher whose “Meditations” have been studied over the centuries.
