„Vladislav Clima a fost ales de doi membri ai CSM, care se aflau în conflict de interese. Potrivit lui Petrenco, Vladislav Clima și Elena Belei au învățat în același curs, sunt prieteni și colegi la Catedra de drept procedural civil. Activistul menționează că Elena Belei a fost și conducătoarea tezei de doctorat a lui Vladislav Clima. Vladislav Clima este fiul lui Nicolae Clima, fost președinte al CSM, fost judecător la CSJ și fost șef al inspecției Judiciare de pe lângă CSM. Și în 2017 Vladislav Clima a declarat că a primit donații de 10 mii de euro de la tatăl său.

Începând cu februarie, curent, poți verifica online calculul primei de asigurare RCA și Carte Verde, cu aplicarea clasei bonus-malus, prin intermediul instrumentelor online de verificare, lansate de Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare (CNPF). Instrumentele lansate oferă transparență în procesul de calculare a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto, asigurații având posibilitatea de a se informa asupra clasei bonus-malus în care sunt încadrați și cu tariful poliței de asigurare de răspundere civilă auto, potrivit CNPF. Sistemul bonus-malus este utilizat la încheierea contractelor RCA pentru autovehicule înmatriculate în R. Moldova și prevede un set de reduceri și majorări a primei de asigurare RCA în funcție de istoricul daunelor asiguratului. Sistemul are drept scop stimularea conducătorilor auto disciplinați. Sistemul Bonus-Malus include 10 clase de Bonus și 6 clase de Malus.
