Surely, tasting and being up close with dozens of the world’s best-prepared eggs could make our stubborn son fall in love with oeufs! Ollie seemed to get over his egg skepticism once he was allowed to peek behind the scenes. This was the first egg dish that Ollie had ever enjoyed.
