Hurricane Idalia plowed through Florida’s Gulf Coast on Aug. 30, causing floods and widespread power outages. Further, there are no news reports or photos to corroborate the claim that Trump aided Floridians in preparation for the hurricane. ET in a Truth Social post that said, in part: “Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by Hurricane Idalia” (here). Donald Trump was not photographed aiding Floridians preparing for Hurricane Idalia.
